Business Development Director (Real Estate/Holiday Homes Investment)

We are seeking a highly experienced Business Development Director to join our team in Dubai. The successful candidate will have at least 10 years of experience in the real estate market in Dubai, with a strong focus on investments and experience working in an established company. A bachelor's degree is required, and a master's degree is preferred. Experience in the holiday homes investment sector is a plus.

The Business Development Director will be responsible for leading the company's business development efforts, including identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, developing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, and driving revenue growth. The director will also be responsible for developing and implementing business development strategies, and for managing a team of business development professionals.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the Dubai real estate market, including market trends, regulations, and key players. Strong leadership and communication skills, as well as a proven track record of success in business development, are essential for this role.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the company's business development efforts, including identifying and pursuing new business opportunities
• Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders
• Drive revenue growth through effective business development strategies and initiatives

• Communicate findings and recommendations to management and other stakeholders
