Client Relationship Manager (Real Estate)
We are seeking a highly experienced Client Relationship Manager to join our team in Dubai. The successful candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in the real estate market in Dubai, with a focus on building and maintaining relationships with clients, and experience working in an established company. A bachelor's degree is required, and a master's degree is preferred.
The Client Relationship Manager will be responsible for managing the company's relationships with clients, including developing and implementing client relationship strategies, managing client interactions, and providing exceptional customer service. The manager will also be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, and for collaborating with other departments to ensure that client needs are met.
The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the Dubai real estate market, including market trends, regulations, and key players. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as a proven track record of success in client relationship management, are essential for this role.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the company's relationships with clients, including developing and implementing client relationship strategies
- Manage client interactions and provide exceptional customer service
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure that client needs are met
- Communicate findings and recommendations to management and other stakeholders
