Data Analyst (Real Estate)

We are seeking a highly experienced Data Analyst to join our team in Dubai. The successful candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in the real estate market in Dubai, with a focus on analyzing data and experience working in an established company. A bachelor's degree is required, and a master's degree is preferred.

The Data Analyst will be responsible for analyzing and interpreting data related to the company's real estate business, including market trends, performance metrics, and customer behavior. The analyst will also be responsible for developing and implementing data-driven strategies, and for providing insights and recommendations to management and other stakeholders.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the Dubai real estate market, including market trends, regulations, and key players. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills, are essential for this role.

Responsibilities:

• Analyze and interpret data related to the company's real estate business, including market trends, performance metrics, and customer behavior
• Develop and implement data-driven strategies to improve business performance
• Provide insights and recommendations to management and other stakeholders
• Communicate findings and recommendations in a clear and concise manner
• Ensure that all data analysis initiatives are aligned with the company's overall business strategy
