PHOREE Real Estate, Dubai’s most digitally advanced Real Estate Firm, is looking for a qualified Real Estate Associate, in a commission-only role, to carry out various Real Estate duties, in Dubai, and to establish a strong network of connections within the industry. Responsibilities will include soliciting clients for renting, buying, and selling homes and properties, as well as negotiating and arranging real estate transactions.
Responsibilities:
- Assist sellers in how to best promote their properties to attract advantageous offers
- Advertise properties through a variety of marketing techniques
- Evaluate the clients’ desires and economic capabilities to discover the appropriate suggestions
- Provide information regarding legal guidelines, rates, specifications, and property availability
- Mediate the dealings between sellers and buyers ensuring good conduct and the honest exchange of information towards a beneficial understanding
- Appraise the value of properties by thoroughly researching the market or past purchases
- Present properties to potential buyers and address questions or concerns
- Draft and complete important legal documents (Agreements, etc.)
- Coordinate property auctions or exchanges
- Generate and manage lists of properties for sale
- Collaborate and network with contractors, property inspectors, attorneys, and other external stakeholders
About You:
- Should be based in Dubai
- At least 2 year's Dubai real estate experience – a successful sales record will be advantageous,
- RERA license will be desirable.
- A UAE car license is compulsory

- Basic knowledge of MS Office, Outlook, Excel
- Exceptional interpersonal skills

- Ability to work independently and able to supervise a team of agents

Compensation Range: AED5,000.00 – AE8,000 per month
