Real Estate Investments Manager

We are seeking a highly experienced Real Estate Investments Manager to join our team in Dubai. The successful candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in the real estate market in Dubai, with a strong focus on investments and a track record of success in this area. A bachelor's degree is required, and a master's degree is preferred. Experience working in an established company is also required.

The Real Estate Investments Manager will be responsible for managing the company's real estate investment portfolio, including identifying and evaluating investment opportunities, conducting due diligence, and executing investment transactions. The manager will also be responsible for developing and implementing investment strategies, and for managing relationships with key stakeholders, such as investors, developers, and lenders.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the Dubai real estate market, including market trends, regulations, and key players. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills, are essential for this role.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the company's real estate investment portfolio, including identifying and evaluating investment opportunities
• Conduct due diligence and execute investment transactions
• Develop and implement investment strategies
• Manage relationships with key stakeholders, such as investors, developers, and lenders
• Communicate findings and recommendations to management and other stakeholders
