Timeline: Construction began in 2008 and was completed by 2014.

The buildings, Maison DeVille A and B, house studios and one-, two- and three-bedroom serviced apartments.

These two 20-storey buildings have be renamed several times and were known as Capital Bay Towers when we first wrote about them.
The building opened with a range of hotel apartments under the name "Maison DeVille Breeze." These have since been converted into standard apartments and the building is now 100% residential.
Capital Bay comprises of two mid-rise buildings in Business Bay, a Central Business District of Dubai. Capital Bay Tower A is one of them consisting of 2 basement levels, ground floor, 3 podium levels, and 16 additional floors.
It offers a mix of studios, one, two and three bedroom serviced apartments with fully-equipped kitchen. You can meet all your basic needs while living in this building.
